I am a non-royal anarchic creature
The designs of life don't appeal to me.

If you use a magnifying glass
You will see I have drawn
Each of your eyelashes.

Life

I can't prepare myself for
Something as simple as Death.
Then how can I prepare myself
For something as elaborate,
And complex, as Life.

Sea

Today I saw the sea swell
Tides rise and how
It lashed against the shore.

I saw the land trying to resist
The land that was born
Out of the sea.

Mirror

When I look at the mirror
I see the halo of death
And the darkness of life

Spider

Two things that completely
Drained my creativity -
Alcohol and Spider Solitaire.
I can't write
When I'm drunk
And when I'm sober
I just play Spider.

Past

I shouldn't have
Spoken to you
The way I did.
Am I a part of your downfall?
You can never forget the past.
You survive it
Not by forgetting
But by remembering
And forgiving.

Rain

If it had rained but once, I would

Have been drenched for life

mad for each other

Its not that we like each other
Its that we are like each other

Bomb

I’m a walking bomb

I’m fitted with a timer

I can hear the ticking

And I have the switch.

I’m synonymous with destruction

I blow up everything

Even if it is invisible

Like love or compassion.

A lot of people

Have burned themselves up

Trying to touch me

Or mould me,

Trying to take me

To a higher plane

But When the pressure changes

I explode

Again and again

And I destroy

Everything that I touch

Or anything that is near me.

I am a creation for destruction

Destruction is essential

For creation

Just as death is necessary

For life to go on.
